Frank has over 20 years experience in Management Consulting which has included Accounting, Audit, Legal Practice, Investment Banking, Technology Consulting, Software Programming. Frank has worked as an employee and private contractor for organisations such as Deloitte Touché Tohmatsu (Australia), Ernst & Young LLP (USA), Grant Thornton (UK), in industries ranging from Information Technology to Financial Services, and the UK and Australian Defence Departments, dating back to the early 2000s. Frank has also consulted clients in Canada, Germany, Switzerland, Malaysia on a long term basis, and clients from other locations around the world on short-term assignments.
Frank has a bachelors degrees and honours degrees in business and law respectively, and a masters in law. Frank has been a sessional lecturer in areas of taxation, commercial and constitutional law. Frank has represented various litigants in supreme court and federal court jurisdictions in Australia. Frank has qualifications and experience from the Australian Army and has worked as a private contractor to the Australian and British Defence Departments.

Frank has undertaken numerous sensitive assignments for public relations consulting, written numerous press releases, and provided strategic advice for various businesses in various industries.
Frank has also undertaken start up consulting, providing initial business setup, contract formulation, company setup, drafting shareholder agreements, liaising with regulators on behalf of clients, completing full web design, graphic design, website implementation, for e-commerce as well.
Frank has assisted with business startups, marketing strategies and planning, public relations consulting and press releases, business cost analysis and advice to reduce costs, web design and web development, and more recently designing and implementing AI and automated marketing and digital content creation, using various proprietary code as well as open source software such as: OpenAI ChatGPT.
