Francois “Frank” Brun is the principal lawyer for Fairbane’s Legal Division. Frank has over 10 years experience as a lawyer. Some of the areas of law he covers are:
- Commercial and Business Law, especially starting new businesses.
- Tax Planning, Structuring and Disputes with Tax and Revenue offices.
- Property law, including development applications and conveyances.
- Administrative law, including applications relating to failures in procedural fairness.
- Criminal law particularly fraud investigations and cyber security consulting.
